Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Technical Support Specialist (m/f/diverse) for angiography and mobile C-arms in the RSC.

If you are ambitious and change makes you thrive, become a member of our international support team and analyze technical malfunctions of angiography systems and mobile C-arms and support our service technicians in case of technical problems.

  • In your role, you will be responsible for analyzing technical malfunctions on angio systems and mobile C-arms, liaising with service technicians and clinical customers as required

  • You like to be in contact with our international service technicians and guide them to troubleshooting remotely and over the phone

  • You will perform qualified preliminary clarifications and then develop an action plan including a spare parts recommendation (spare parts selection); You use our internal knowledge database and carry out remote diagnoses independently on the system

  • Working autonomously, you will track measures, implement adaptations, and escalate issues to the 3rd level (HSC) / the business area Advanced Therapies

  • You will support with technical problems in Germany and abroad

This position may suit you best, if you already have many years of professional experience as a service technician and know our product families ARTIS, Cios, Arcadis and Siremobil.

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical or medical systems engineer or have a comparable professional qualification combined with extensive experience

  • Several years' professional experience as a service technician, combined with analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, set you apart

  • You possess in-depth knowledge of all ARTIS systems, mobile C-arms as well as angio, neuro and cardio systems

  • You are also familiar with X-Workplace, Cockpit/Large Display (LD), SENSIS and country-specific regulations (P16, constancy test) as well as networks, DICOM, SRS and web applications

  • We provide customer support from 7 am - 6 pm. Your working hours will be mainly flexible, and we will discuss within the team to ensure that we are always contactable between these hours

  • On-site situation analyses may be required in Germany and other European countries, so business trips (approx. 10%) are not a problem for you

  • With your very good English skills, you will support service technicians at home and abroad, document problems, easily communicate internally with your colleagues and understand the training courses, some of which are held in English. Ideally, you have very good German language skills and have already gained experience in intercultural cooperation

  • You will work simultaneously on several topics in parallel, so you are comfortable with prioritizing your workload while maintaining an overview; you will also keep customer satisfaction firmly in focus at all times
