What are my responsibilities?
1.Integrate trainer’s course plan;
2.Recruit attendees according to course plan and rev. target, release the course announcement to sales every week, and keep track of course enrollment.
3.Submit the course budget application for the next month to Ms. Yuan Zong every month, and which needs to strictly control the cost and margin according to company and compliance regulations.
4.If there are international training, which need to follow SpoDoM process.
5.After the confirmation of each class, I will submit the purchase application to the procurement team,  which include the vendor of air ticket, hotel, travel agency etc.
6.After procurement process completed, I need to communicate with each vendors to confirm the course support details, include the customer’s tickets, pick up, meals, accommodation, training material, event material, speakers arrangement, preparation of meeting room, and follow up the overall meeting process.
7.There are 50% on-site support for classroom training.
8.Organize documents and reports after the meeting, and settle accounts with vendors, submit the cost transfer table to controlling team.
9.Responsible the NPS for customers.
10. Cooperate with Marketing to design the course

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 1-3 years working experience in admin function
3. English communication
