SHL HR Recruiting Consultant
What are my responsibilities?
Work closely with Senior Recruiting Consultant and hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and build effective sourcing, assessment, etc.
Screen the CVs and search candidates through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings. Actively search/source candidates (incl. CV screening) to provide shortlist for hiring managers.
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with
qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with Senior Recruiting
Consultant to establish/maintain talent pool.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Use recruiting tools/systems to manage the complete recruiting process.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects.
Build up business knowledge, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends.
Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
Understanding of China local government regulations related to recruiting.
Strong influencing, interaction, communication skills and good relationship-building skills especially with hiring managers and candidates.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written.
Good command of MS tools or equivalent.
