Mission of Function:
Implement finance policies, programs and systems to control the financial transactions within TR China, including accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting of business results. Provide complete and accurate financial information and records.
Financial statement reporting experiences worked in a sizeable foreign manufacturing company for 3 years or above.
Be capable to make reporting methods and reporting processes about financial statements, have the knowledge and ability to made the functional flow of financial statements.
3~5 years working experience in joint venture or related companies.
Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance
Controlling, accounting and business reporting know-how
High level cross-functional sense and knowledge
High level business model know-how incl. risk control points, commercial implication, etc. (product, project, solution, service)
High level cross value chain know-how, e.g. procurement, logistics, R&D, etc.
Business interpretation skill, e.g. presentation and communication
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skill, dealing with performance transparency data
Collaboration skill w/ various internal and external stakeholders
Management and leadership skill especially in prioritization, task delegation
International/HQ experience, e.g. as BU/segment controlling; HQ projects
Capability of dealing with government and act as Siemens commercial interface
