Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Generates knowledge on the customer's specific strategy and its political and business environment
  • Analyses customer's markets, position and needs and investigates for specific business opportunities for customer related product and service portfolio
  • Defines and implements account business plans
  • Prepares customer contacts and builds and maintains a sound customer focused network, on all relevant hierarchical levels
  • Builds value oriented offers
  • Generates client specific products and service portfolio concepts, if suitable across all services of a business
  • Initiates, facilitates and contributes to contract negotiations for products, projects and service or solution assignments
  • Manages customer complaints as point of escalation, if necessary

What qualification do I need for this position?

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Medical Science, Biotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineer, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales, preference from managerial level which having good track record and customer relations specially in radiology society
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Posses good computer, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Has detailed knowledge and understanding of process management methods and tools
  • Has an advanced understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and product cost structure / cost drivers
  • Has extensive knowledge of customer and market knowledge
