The successful candidate will perform a defined range of operational, functionally specified tasks related to the management of IT services and solutions. Focus is on Application services.
Proceed with assigned day-to-day service & solution management related IT operations.
Adheres to internal working rules and guidelines, and proposes process improvements.
Processes all assigned tasks and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion.
Completes IT Service and Solution Management related transactions with involved internal and external parties.
Responds to operations related inquiries, may act as first point of contact in subject matters.
Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.
Liaises with functionally involved Operations and Professionals.
Works independently, as a stand-alone position or within a functionally dedicated team of IT Service Management Professionals.
University degree (Engineer) in information technology
Experienced on resolving issues of systems and materials.
Knowledge in Cisco computer Networks is required.
