Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
1. Call answering - answer calling to company phone exchange and transfer it to the proper person
2. Guests receiving - keep record of visitors, distribute visitor cards, make visitors report and do statistics analysis on monthly basis
3. Mail - distribute incoming mails to addressee and keep record of sending off mails; settle payment of postage on monthly basis
4. Working meals ordering - order lunch/supper boxes according to each day's number of dinners; settle payment of meals on monthly basis
5. Stationery purchase - order stationery according to each department's request sheet; settle payment of stationery on monthly basis
6. Name card printing - contact supplier for employees' name card printing and check the accuracy of name card upon completion
7. Invitation letter - prepare the company invitation letter for German colleagues and external guests, handle with government about related issues
8. Other necessary tasks additionally assigned (E-talk, GA network, welcoming speech, water, stamp, waste paper box disposal and stationery & snacks storage.)
9. Back up GA TA, especially for the travel and expense checking function

What do I need to qualify?
1. Bachelor degree
2. Experience in relevant work is prefered
3. Working experience in international company prefered
4. PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft office  
5. Fluent English in both spoken and written
6. Good interpersonal and communcation skill
