Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Provide customer support for Siprotec 4, 5 and Reyrolle Devices, and Substation Automation systems
  • answering customer support request
  • attend to site for trouble shooting
  • provide technical support for sales and tendering team
  • Support in product approvals at utility
  • Conduct trainings, technical presentations and interfacing with customers
  • Covers country TH, Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos
  • Potentially assist PTI team from time to time with PSSE applications

What do I need to qualify for this role?

  • 5+ years of experience in protection devices, preferable with Siemens products & portfolio
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
  • Work background with utility market, preferably with MEA, EGAT, etc.
  • Good command of English language, ability to speak Thai (not mandatory)
  • Ability to travel domestically, and occasionally overseas.
  • Team player, Driven
