Senior Product Support Specialist
What are my responsibilities?
- Provide customer support for Siprotec 4, 5 and Reyrolle Devices, and Substation Automation systems
- answering customer support request
- attend to site for trouble shooting
- provide technical support for sales and tendering team
- Support in product approvals at utility
- Conduct trainings, technical presentations and interfacing with customers
- Covers country TH, Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos
- Potentially assist PTI team from time to time with PSSE applications
- 5+ years of experience in protection devices, preferable with Siemens products & portfolio
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- Work background with utility market, preferably with MEA, EGAT, etc.
- Good command of English language, ability to speak Thai (not mandatory)
- Ability to travel domestically, and occasionally overseas.
- Team player, Driven
