•        OneSRM System Handling (purchasing)
•        File archive
•        Fixed Asset Management
•        PO, GEC, TEC Tracking and signature arrangement
•        Etime - sheet tracking and monthly productivity calculation
•        Office Supply Maintenance 
•       Fast delivery handling, copy, office post 
•        Office tools, instrument and software management
•        SIS e-order filling and tracking
•        Business trip related handling – Hotel reservation, transportation tickets order and reimbursement 
•        Monthly allowance sheet collection and overtime record
•        Meeting room booking and meeting arrangement
•        Customer training arrangement (hotel, restaurant, meeting room, material)
•        Arrange dinner and lunch for customer and VIPs
•        Shared File Admin
•        Invitation letter and visa handling 
•        Events management like outing, annual dinner and workshop
•        Update work-chart and telephone list 
•        Department car arrangement
