Job Description

What are the responsibilities?

  • Sales bidding on all commercial related function;
  • Contract negotiation, drafting and review on commercial terms;
  • Spare parts / maintenance project execution on all commercial related function;
  • Project cost planning, reporting and controlling, project financials in line with Accounting guideline;
  • Payment collection, project claim management, contract management;
  • Communication with customers regarding all commercial issues;
  • Communication with internal and external suppliers for purchasing order placing and delivery;
  • Cooperation with other project team members for project execution;
  • Cooperation with other internal departments such as Import/Export, Legal, Tax as well as external service providers for business operation;
  • Support BU managers for other tasks.

What are the minimum qualification?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related
  • 2-5 years commercial experience (preferable with Siemens)
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Fluent English speaking, reading and writing
  • Preferable excellent excel skills
  • Excellent communication skill and team spirit
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to learn
