We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Events Co-ordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team based in Melbourne on a 15 months contract. This position is responsible for the execution of event coordination practices in alignment with business and marketing strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
You will coordinate and support the delivery of our annual event plan in collaboration with relevant business lines and sales teams. This will involve planning event and conference schedules, managing conference attendees, maintaining event and trade show budgets, and ensuring all contracts and sponsorships meet KPIs.
You will collect feedback from attendees and participants and report on key metrics such as return on investment. You will responsible and have complete ownership for administration and logistics within events.
To be successful in this role, essential criteria include:
You will be able to
demonstrate success in event management/coordination with an ability to thrive
in challenging and fast paced environments.
You will have a proven track record of leading complex event programs with varied stakeholders.
You will have the ability to understand analytics and develop post event reports.
This role involves interstate travel.
