Job Description

What do I need to qualify for this job?                  

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M. Tech/ MSc (Computer Science)

  • Overall 5-8 years of experience in design, development and maintenance of Enterprise Applications in healthcare domain (preferably medical imaging applications) on a comparable senior developer role.

  • Medical Imaging and Healthcare domain (Clinical Workflow) knowledge preferred

  • Proficient with typical software development processes / methodologies and good exposure in working with global teams.

  • Proven Expertise and strong hands on experience in C# .NET windows-based development. Experience on WCF and WPF would be a plus.

  • Hands on experience in doing unit testing and test automation using automated frameworks.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of analyzing, implementing and troubleshooting non-functional requirements like Performance Analysis, Memory Profiling, Stability etc. using tools like WPA,  winDbg.

  • Passion for solving customer problems with quick turnaround and high quality.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with different global stakeholders.

    What are my Responsibilities?

  • First point of technical contact for investigation of all field / customer issues and providing timely workarounds / Interim solution to the customer, where applicable.

  • For customer issues needing further investigation, identify error root cause at the application level and formally log the defect with all required details.

  • Fix possible customer complaints by providing the solution at application level.

  • Attend weekly sync meeting with internal stakeholders to update the status of customer complaints.

  • Connect to the customer site remotely for detailed investigation and reproducing problem, where necessary.

  • Investigate and conclude technically complex problems like application stability, performance degradation, resource utilization etc. for effective resolution of customer complaint.

  • Effective and timely coordination with end customers, regional and headquarter customer support team and other business lines for resolving customer issues with quick turnaround and high quality.

  • Support the mainline projects team for fixing and preventing of customer complaints.
