Cash Allocation - Italian Speaker (m/f)
HR Shared Services are a strategic partner for Siemens in Human Resources, supporting our internal customers and colleagues in a professional way that allows them to fully concentrate on their core activities. Our Hub in Lisbon provides services to several Siemens entities across 12 different countries in more than 15 different languages.
We are looking for an Cash Allocation Italian Speaker:
What are my responsibilities?
Execution of administrative AR tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global AR product catalogue:
Allocation and Clarification of incoming payments
· PCBM Controls verification
· Closing activities (RIBA, Provisions, etc)
· Contact Business Unit’s or Customer’s by phone and written
· Contribute to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar (preferable)
- Fluent knowledge of Italian;
- Basic knowledge of English
- Service attitude, good organization skills and team orientation
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
- Learning attitude;
- Preferably broad experience in IT tools (Excel, SAP and Others)
