An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Commercial Professional to join our EM Energy Management team based in Bayswater VIC, working in the portfolios of Business Units MS Medium Voltage & Systems and CS Customer Service. This opportunity will ideally suit an individual with 2-5 years of previous work experience, who is looking to accelerate their development.
Primary responsibilities will be for the completion of all commercial/financial/controlling related tasks to contribute to project and team success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to an engaging and successful workplace;
- Effectively collaborating with stakeholders, internal and external;
- Exploring and implementing productivity opportunities;
- Management of books & records;
- Commercial Project Management of projects/orders including cost control, risk management, claim management, milestone management, account receivables, account payable and cash flow;
- Budgeting and forecasting activities;
- Supporting & preparing offers;
- Supporting Divisional and Business Unit reporting and controlling activities.
The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in a business/finance related discipline with demonstrated previous work experience in a commercial environment. Strong practical SAP experience and solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are essential. The successful applicant will be able to operate comfortably within complex corporate guidelines whilst remaining result focused and possesses strong communication skills in an international and culturally diverse business environment.
