To support our growth, the Siemens Industry Software is looking for an:

Enterprise Sales Executive

The Enterprise Sales Executive reports to the Sales Director Industry Sales Benelux. The Enterprise Sales Executive will follow an intensive on boarding programme to educate the software and service solutions, get insights into the strategic impact at customers and the tools to work with challenger sales model.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and quantify business opportunities at new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain long term network and strong relationships with manufacturing customers in automotive, maritime, pharmaceutical and food industry
  • Map customer decision making process and ensure proper cooperation between all parties involved, linking connections where appropriate
  • Maintain and enlarging the current client turnover in the Benelux region
  • Plan, develop and perform business development activities at new customers within the Siemens PLM strategy
  • Negotiate propositions at C-level
  • Map out competitive fields and determine unique selling points

Requirements:

  • Minimal BSc, commercial or technical
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • At least 5 years sales experience towards manufacturing industry with complex propositions
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing industry and its operational processes
  • Experience in working with IT/Software related solutions is a plus
  • Familiar with targeting to C-level stakeholders of large and mid-sized companies is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial: able to develop a network, prospecting effectively and build relationships with many different stakeholders/DMU’s
  • Analytical: able to connect the dots within the market and within organizations
  • Tenacity: able to pursue business opportunities with energy and drive, also in the face of setbacks
  • Business acumen: able to understand how organizations develop and operate. Truly understanding the manufacturing industry.
  • Communication and presentation skills: able to present views and ideas in a clear and concise way, in speech and in writing
  • Strategic thinking: able to build KAM planning, structuring and customer strategy
  • Negotiation: able to use different roles to get the most out of a deal. Is direct and forceful as well as diplomatic, winning without damaging a relationship
  • Pragmatic, agile and analytical
  • Successfully lead long term sales projects
  • Creative: find new ways to approach complex challenges
