What will I be responsible for ?
Organizes office administration, in support of an assigned Manager.
Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements, and reconciles travel and expense reports.
Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in- and outbound correspondence.
Prepares executive presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
Assists in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
Significant experience of support at Manager level is essential
Significant administrative/secretarial experience
Working within a secure and confidential environment
Experienced MS Office user to advanced level, to include PowerPoint, Word, Outlook & Excel
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels within the customer base
Professional, resilient, credible and able to influence in a range of situations with different customers
Sound experience of conference/event planning & implementation
Advance Level of English
Numerate, with good organizational and analytical skills and ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports and presentations in a timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills; being resilient, confident and calm in pressurised situations
Enthusiastic in approach
Confident, assertive manner
Results focused and enjoys delivering to a high standard / can be agile when commitments / workload changes.
Dependable, reliable, and ability to use own initiative
Ability to plan own work and manage multiple tasks and priorities
