Job Description

1.       Possesses, acquires, and maintains the technical/professional expertise and process knowhow required to delivery effective customer solutions. e.g. WBT, self-study, or other training / study tasks.

2.       Responsible for special installation / configuration / troubleshooting in ICM / IPM scope,  cooperate with co-workers and RTSC internal colleagues to work out recognizable resolution.

Identifies and understands issues / problems; accomplish analysis of feasibility; plan and follow project with constant monitor and control.

4 years working experience in RTSC, Good communication skill and collaboration with smooth Engilish and Mandarin.

CCNP compitable or higher level technique certificiate are preferred.

Fluent Japanese is preferred.
