Looking for an experienced Dev Ops Technical Support Analyst. The application support analyst provides technical advice and guidance and second line technical support for a focused portfolio of enterprise applications.. A focus on ensuring committed service levels are achieved or exceeded and change managed within customer’s expectations, ensuring that a 24x7 regime is maintained in line with operational service levels. Responsible for continuous improvement across the application space and for the reduction of on call issues. An excellent knowledge of the ITIL framework to deliver ongoing operational excellence.
Provide on-call support and be part of the rotation to attend to SEV-1/2 tickets over weekends
