Mission of the Function: Management of Sales team, customer base including CRM system and distribution network, overall Responsibility for Sales and Product for DX
Role of Diagnostic division Area Sales Manager – North Region will be based in Gurgaon, covering Delhi,NCR & Rajasthan completely.
• Manage regional team includes Business Development, Customer relations, Scientific support and to work on their development.
• Strategy Development
• Final approval of Sales Plan prior to implementation.Recommendation thorough analysis of competitor activity, product offering, market requirements and performance.
• Reporting :Final forecast figures and reporting to Management on a monthly basis and deadlines are met on time.
• CRM support while ensuring the KPI’s i.e Data Quality, Funnel Adequacy. Improve market transparency etc are met as per organizational requirements.
• Align with Marketing team on Annual marketing strategy wrt. exhibitions, road shows,CME etc
• Business partner performance monitoring and control and overall management of Business partners performance to drive the business targets
