Job Description

1. People Management - Identify competency, train, coach, motivate, plan career for team members & evaluate their competencies.
2. Project Management - responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects  
     of   projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
3. Customer Relationship Management - Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to execute projects. To address the customers concern & maintain 
     long term relationship 
4. Risk & Claim Management - Perform risk management to minimize project risks, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation which will 
     help for claim management
