Job Description

As part of a CEE PLM SW Partner management and Development team, the PDE aids and facilitates the successful growth of indirect revenue, derived through the Indirect Channel in terms of performance and productivity improvement. The PDE builds productive business relationships with Channel Solution Partners, Partner Management Executives and Partner Sales Executives within a CEE. He/she searches and develops new partners and align with their business models. 

As a PDE you would be expected to have an International indirect sales and partner development background with a commercial awareness, experience in managing and developing SW solution partners organization preferably in Central Eastern Europe. 

Responsibilities:
- participating significantly on CEE go-to-market strategy with a goal to maximise indirect incremental SW revenues , working closely with CEE Partner Manager Executives
- contributing and supporting to business planning to accomplish goals of Partner Managers and Solution Partners
- developing financially quantified value propositions to recruit new partners and align with their business models
- leading effectively on boarding process for new partners in CEE
- expanding and grow existing partners in alignment with CEE objectives
- providing direction in coverage and capacity planning and alignment with Partner Managers and Solution Partners, including enhanced portfolio coverage
- working on projects/assignments of low to medium scope
- ability to work independently

Personality requirements and skills
Required skills and capabilities:
- university degree or reasonable experience record in Business management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing or similar field
- advanced sales skills, 4 years in ICT or PLM sales position
- experience in a customer-facing sales, business partners collaboration (joint sales principles)
- proven track record in a software sales role
- ability to understand, articulate, position and present the value of Analysis solutions in the context of an Industry, and clients´ business
- experience with ‘C’ level discussions, and specifically with the CIO and/or Engineering Leaders 
- knowledgeable of the competitive landscape
- fluent in business English language communication
- good communicator with sales knowledge, business development experience and excellent presentation skills
- proactive and energetic with a high degree of self-motivation to develop and grow this Portfolio area
- willingness to travel to CEE countries and communicate effectively with multiple nationalities and cultures 
- ability to work in a CEE role in collaboration with country teams

Advantageous skills and capabilities:
- experience working in Industry on PLM SW solutions
- experience of developing and supporting indirect sales channel
- ability to speak more than one major European language
