Job Description

Works in tandem with outside sales managers as part of a selling team.  Assists sales management with the development and implementations of plans and strategies covering inside sales activities.  Maximizes revenues through the management of Inside Sales/contract renewal staff.  Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel.

Prerequisites and Essential Functions:

Ability to apply the highest level knowledge of company policies, practices, and 
· Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, 
presentation and organization skills. 
· Self-motivated individual with the ability to establish and meet project timelines. 
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office, CRM application knowledge,
