Job Description

Support the team/department’s effectiveness by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support to the team;

Organize meetings, workshops, business partner visits, trainings, team buildings and other events in order to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view;

Organize and keep up to date the  Division Management calendar, schedules meetings and conference calls with clients, business partners and internal personnel;

Provide organizational support for the members of the department performing various administrative tasks;

Responsible to act as contact person and maintain good relationships with various external companies on behalf of the department in order to provide good services for the department members;

Responsible to take care of the protocol, organizes business dinners and events.

Preparation of spreadsheets and graphs for presentations;

Collect data and prepare draft for monthly reports;

Be a focal point of contact for the team and liaise with employees, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service;

Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate

University degree;

Proficiency in English and Romanian is a must;

Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position;

Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage;

Strong communication skills and an ability to work in an international, interdisciplinary team;

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality results;

Flexible and proactive approach;

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
