Tanja Giesen-Stachowski is looking for a new Field Service BA to fit into her small and dynamic team in Power Generation Services.

Siemens Power Generation Services provides highly reliable expert maintenance, repair, replacement, overhaul and upgrade services for wind turbines, gas and steam turbines and generators in large-scale industrial power plants, and compressors for the oil and gas sector.

In your role as Field Service BA you will have 4 direct colleagues. For example, you will come into contact with Field Service Technicans and the FS BackOffice Organization. In addition, you will have frequent contact with Netherlands Customers, Regional Entities, Siemens AG in Gemany, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Tax department, HR.

You will be responsible for:

  • Commercial Project Management of International Field Service-Projects (Bid and Execution Phase)
  • Tax clarification (PATAC) & Delegation concept
  • Support technical sales during project acquisition
  • Execute commercial issues for FS projects (contract management, LoA, calculation, insurance, financing)
  • Conduct contract negotiations with technical sales
  • Act as an interface to customer/ suppliers
  • Internal & External Invoicing
  • Project-Controlling
  • Claim-/ Risk Management
  • Accounts receivable management

  • Check commercial conditions in a customer order
  • Doing the PATAC
  • Creat Temporary Hiring out Agreements and SLA documents
  • Setup of FS Orders in SAP
  • Invoicing
  • Check FS cost center.

“What do you need to make real what matters?”

  • Studies or professional experience > 4 years
  • Business fluent English, at best Dutch
  • SAP experienced
  • Office experienced Word/ Excel…
  • Contract management / LoA knowledge.
