What part will you play?

Alongside traditional building automation, the portfolio of our Siemens Building Technologies division also includes Siveillance, the innovative and flexible security portfolio. Siveillance boasts the latest hardware and software systems for building technology, such as IP video management software, access control systems, and intrusion and incident management.
As Channel Manager you will establish a new sales channel, solution partners and system integrators for the existing portfolio. You will work closely with the Regional Companies throughout the world and utilize existing customer relationships.
  • You will analyze which products are the best fit for the sales channel and prepare marketing material for sales and the solution partners
  • Based on a realistic market price you will define the pricing structure required for individual products and negotiate the prices for them between headquarters and Regional Companies
  • You will test the channel by carrying out pilots and identifying suitable target countries and solution partners for these
  • To enable the new solution partners to make optimum use of our products too, you will integrate the portfolio into the existing training and certification programs
  • You will also develop business plans with the individual regional organizations in order to adapt their existing sales and support organization to the new sales channel

What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have successfully completed a course of studies in a technical or economics-related discipline, such as industrial engineering or business administration
  • You also have extensive relevant experience in channel management in a B2B environment
  • In addition, you have already worked in a large, complex organization and your strengths include finding the best possible solution even when multiple stakeholders are involved
  • You are fluent in English, enabling you to work in an international environment
