Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

- Provide HR personnel service to JV/OCs, mainly including:
- Employee lifecyle (Check-in/out, transfer, termination)
- Contract Admin/Employee certificate
- P-file management
- Payroll & Benefit handling
- Daily employee query consultation
- Deal with HR data on DOE and SAP logically
- Deliver HR report timely and accurately
- Attendance system HR power user for JV/OCs (e.g. Kronos)
- Take part in Internal and external projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?
 - HR general competencies:
 - Proficient in MS Office and HR related applications
 - Business and customer focus mindset
 - HR Knowledge of country-specifics
 - English level: Intermediate
 - Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
