- Gather relevant customer information in regards to Organization, customer requirements as well competitors as basis for the development of a customer strategy which is in line with the overall growth targets.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities wit the target of extending customer penetration and outgrowing the competition --> gain market share.
- Develop a customer business plan / conclude alliances with the Key Account which are based on aforementioned strategy and business opportunities.
- Develop and negotiate the contractual framework (alliance, supplier agreements, etc.)with the customer to realize the formulated business plan.
- Detailed knowledge about the wind power branch and profound understanding of decision making processes in OEMs.
Good understanding of wind turbine systems and resulting requirements, application know-how relevant product knowledge
- Bachelor or masters degree in engineering, business administration or comparable
- Excellent English communication skill
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project management and presentation techniques knowledges
- Sales and marketing techniques, contract and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent team work player
- Experiences in working with international and cross divisional teams is of advantage
- Experiences in working for or within an international environment is mandatory
